Terms of Service — AskGSC

By creating an account or using AskGSC you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you use AskGSC for an organisation, you confirm you have authority to bind it.

AskGSC provides a conversational interface over Google Search Console data you connect (read-only). Plans may include AI-generated suggestions based on cached analytics. Features, limits, and pricing may change; current Free/Starter/Pro limits are shown on the site and billing page.

You must keep credentials secure and only connect properties you are authorised to access. You grant AskGSC permission to use Google OAuth tokens to read Search Console data as requested. You can revoke Google access in your Google account settings; that may stop the product working until reconnected.

• Free may include a site limit and a daily AI ask limit (currently 1 property and 1 ask per UTC day unless we publish otherwise).
• Paid plans are billed via Stripe in GBP as listed at purchase time.
• Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law or stated otherwise.
• You are responsible for applicable taxes.

You must not misuse the service (including probing others’ data, abusing APIs, reverse engineering except where allowed by law, or overloading the system). AI outputs are suggestions only — you remain responsible for SEO and site changes you make.

We own AskGSC software and branding. You retain rights in your site content and Search Console data. You grant us a licence to host and process that data solely to provide the service.

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee rankings, traffic, or fitness for a particular SEO outcome. AI plans may be incomplete or incorrect. To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, we exclude implied warranties that can be excluded.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or other liability that cannot be limited under UK law. Subject to that, our total liability arising out of the service in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of (a) fees you paid us for AskGSC in that period and (b) £50. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data to the extent permitted by law.

We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach, non-payment, risk, or legal reasons. You may stop using the service at any time. On termination, your right to access the service ends; sections that should survive (including liability, IP, and governing law) survive.

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply if you are a consumer elsewhere in the UK.

We may update these Terms. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance, except where mandatory law says otherwise.
